We’ve had an amazing response from a broad group of people in the community about getting involved with Belper Goes Green 2024, even from this call out last month.

Our next meeting will be on Tuesday 7th November from 7pm in the Upstairs Room of the Queens Head, Chesterfield Road.

We still have lots of opportunities to get involved.  You can join a team or coordinate one.  It’s a terrific opportunity to meet other local people.  We are a friendly bunch, ready to share our ideas on what we’d like to see at the event.

We still need people to get involved in the following areas (and more) but these are key to having a team that can share the areas of involvement: Wellbeing, Site Management (including site layout and design), Finance (treasurer, grants coordinator), Publicity (design of BGG posters, onsite signage, distribution of flyers and posters), Volunteer Liaison and much more.

We need to be a sustainable team to run the sustainable event!  If you can spare an hour or two a month then please reach out.
