There will be some electrical hook ups on site. Please tell us what power you need and how you will provide it on site. Please note that we will not allow diesel or petrol power from generators or vehicles.

8. Stall holder fees

Please note we are not offering premium locations this year - location will be at our discretion

Community, charity and information half stalls/gazebos £10/day, full stalls £20/day

Craft stalls booking half a market stall or gazebo pitch- £20/day. For a full market stall £60/day

Vegetarian and vegan hot food stalls - £95 for one day, £160 for both days. Friday evening free to stalls attending both days.

Food stall (non Vegan or vegetarian) - £115 for one day, £190 for both days. Friday evening free to stalls attending both days.

Standard stalls (anyone not mentioned above) booking a full market stall or gazebo pitch - £60/day or £95 for both days

Bigger business - please contact us to discuss sponsorship options

Workshops/activity stalls in wellbeing area (not for profit only) Free with a £20 refundable deposit

10. Description

Campaign, charity & political groups should indicate: How will the stall be communicating the climate change agenda? What activities or learning will be offered? Who is the target audience, e.g. ages? Businesses, caterers and crafters should also indicate: How does your business play a positive role in tackling the climate & ecological crisis? How will the stall be communicating the climate change agenda?

If you are a food and drink related stall, please let us know what type of food you are offering

12. Car Parking

There is limited parking on site. If you would like to reserve a space on site then there is a fee of £10. All cars will be directed to park off site in the first instance. Please indicate if you are a disabled badge holder. No fee applies and a space will be reserved for you. We reserve the right to refuse parking on site without prior arrangement

13. Over Night Stays

There are no camping facilities on site. On occasion, some stallholders have chosen to camp inside their gazebos rather than pack up the contents and unpack again the following day. Please let us know if you intend to do this. Please be aware that setting up a camping tent is not allowed on site.
