Transition Belper had a successful Annual General Meeting via zoom. Thank you to all members who attended or nominated proxies.

The meeting was quorate and the following trustees are now in place:

and we welcome Ed Sills as a new trustee.

A vote of thanks was given for Adrian Rochford, who has decided to step down as a trustee this year.
